3. Accounts and app store terms

Some applications require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Applications distributed through Google Play are additionally subject to Google’s terms and policies.

4. Intellectual property

All software, designs, text, and branding on this site remain the property of Stillwater Digital Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Financial information disclaimer

Money Stillwater and any other financial tools we publish provide budgeting and tracking features for informational purposes only. They do not constitute regulated financial, investment, or tax advice, and you remain responsible for your financial decisions.

6. Availability

Our services are provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillwater Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
